December 2008. PSP 102.3.2 was released. This release includes bug fixes to the NQS and JUNCAP models. This version is uniform with PSP 102.3.
May 2008. PSP 102.3 was released. The major upstages of this release are the addendums of disproportionate junction model and new parameters for the flicker noise. Jan. 2008. PSP102.2.1 was released. This subversion contains minor implementation evolutions and some bug-fixes. All model equations and parameters are ichipical to those in PSP102.2. The vA lawmaking can be downloaded here. Note that SiMKit 3.0.2 contains some serious implementation errors and should not be used. This has been corrected in SiMKit 3.0.3.
Dec. 2007. PSP-abjectd MOS varattitudinizer model was selected as a standard model by Compact Modeling Council. It is jointly adult and maintained by PSP group at ASU and Jazz Semiusher.
